Made up of employees who share similar ideas, backgrounds, ideals, gender, ethnicity, cultures or common interests, Employee Resource Groups are all about building small, connected communities within the workforce.

At TDS, these groups are organized and run independently by employees, based on topics that fit their interest. They are employee-led and employee-driven. While not formal, they are endorsed by a member of the executive leadership team who provides mentorship and guidance.

Currently, TDS has eight established Employee Resource Groups, with plans to add many more in the coming months. At TDS, ERGs are one way to "Plant the Seeds of Inclusion."
