The TDS Telecom Patriot Associate Resource Group (ARG) is comprised of current and prior military service members, non-service members, and first responders. They serve as ambassadors for TDS to help grow a diverse company culture along with creating and participating in outreach programs in our communities. They support TDS by being an integral chain that reaches across multiple departments.
To support its communities, the Patriot ARG:
- Supports hiring events
- Support hometown parades
- Support nearby service organizations
- Raise items or money for charities
To support each other:
- The group gets together regularly to celebrate military holidays and events
- The group shares in knowledge sessions
- Participates in helping to hire veterans
The Patriot ARG carries themselves with pride in their country, service, and TDS’ service to the local communities and customers.
