Download the application on your smartphone or device
Open the application
Unplug the modem and old router
Connect the eero to the modem
Plug in eero and modem to power
Use the application to name the eero
The application will direct you to create your network name and password
Set up additional eero Beacons one at a time as directed by the application
- Select the desired eero or eero Beacon in the app
- Plug it in at the desired location
- The application will detect if there is a good connection
- You will be directed to name the device if the connection is good—otherwise, relocate the Beacon and test again
Your network is now set up
