- Locations shaded in purple indicate network upgrade designs are ready and construction has either started or is expected to begin in the coming months. Watch your mailbox and/or inbox for more information on the faster speeds coming soon.
- Locations shaded in green indicate network upgrades are complete and faster speeds are now available to order. The new products and services will be reflected in your online shopping experience or give us a call (1-888-225-5837) to upgrade.
- If your address isn’t shaded but you will be included in a future E-ACAM build, you’ll see a message saying we’re planning to upgrade TDS service in your area. Although construction isn’t imminent, our teams are busy engineering and planning. When construction has started or will be starting in the coming months, the map will be updated and show your location shaded in purple.

Network Upgrades FAQs
TDS does its best to notify you when construction is about to commence. Construction crews will place a door hanger at your residence that outlines the process, which includes a contractor marking underground utilities with flags or spray paint. The property owner is responsible for clearly marking any privately owned underground facilities (e.g., sprinkler systems, invisible fences, security systems, or private power) with flags or spray paint, and calling the construction hotline at 1-855-259-8576.
When work is complete, you’ll be able to upgrade to at least 100/20 Mbps internet, but faster speeds and additional products and services may be available depending on location. Residential customers who meet program requirements may be eligible for our low-cost internet service, TDS® Connect.
Build timelines will vary by location. TDS has thousands of addresses to reach, and we’re working diligently to connect homes as quickly as possible. The E-ACAM program requires we complete our construction by the end of 2028.
