  1. When prompted to login to Internet Security, click on the Forgot Your Password link.
  2. Enter the email address you provided to TDS for your Internet Security subscription then click the Send button. This is the same email address where you received the Internet Security installation email.
  3. A reset password message will be sent to your email address. Open the email and click the link.
  4. Enter a new password for your account.
