How do I view my current bill in TDS ePay?

From the TDS ePay Home page, look for "Bill Type".  Select Active from the drop-down menu and then click the Go button.  Your account number and bill date will appear (if you have multiple accounts, a list of accounts will appear).  From the Action drop-down menu, select View Bill. A PDF of the selected bill will appear.

To view payments you've made toward your current bill, go to the TDS ePay Home page and look for "Bill Type:". Select Active from the drop-down menu, then click the Go button. Your account number and bill date will appear (if you have multiple accounts, a list of account will appear). From the Action drop-down menu, select View Payment Summary. A list showing your payment(s) will appear.

 

How do I set up ePay automatic payments (Auto Pay)?

In the dark gray bar on the TDS ePay site, select Payments, and then from the drop-down menu select Auto Pay Settings. Then, click the Set Up Auto Pay button. Fill out the fields accordingly.

Please note: Auto Pay payments will not take effect until your next billing cycle. If you have a current bill due, you will be given the option to pay your current bill during Auto Pay set up.

 

How do I update my ePay automatic payment (Auto Pay) rule?

You cannot update an Auto Pay Rule. Instead, you have to delete your existing Auto Pay Rule and then set up a new Auto Pay Setting. To do this, go to the Payments menu on the TDS ePay site. Select Auto Pay Settings from the drop-down menu. A list of Auto Pay rules that apply to your account(s) is displayed. Next to a rule, select Delete Auto Pay Rule from the Action drop-down menu.

Then, set up a new payment rule by clicking the Set Up Auto Pay button.

 

Where can I view my Auto Pay Settings?

To do this, go to the Payments menu on the TDS ePay site. Select Auto Pay Settings from the drop-down menu. A list of Auto Pay rules that apply to your account(s) is displayed. Next to a rule, select View Auto Pay Rule from the Action drop-down menu.

 

How do I set up/modify a payment method in TDS ePay?

To do this, go to the Profile menu on the TDS ePay site and select Payment Method from the drop-down menu. Then, click the Add Payment Method button. Input the fields accordingly and click submit.

Once payment methods are entered, they can be modified at any time. Simply select "View /Update Payment Method" or "Delete Payment Method" from the Action drop- down menu next to each payment method.

 

How do I update the email address that TDS ePay notifications are sent to?

To update the email address to which your ePay notifications are sent to, go to the TDS ePay site. In the dark gray bar, choose Profile. Then, select Contact Information. Under Notification Address, click the Update button. Input the fields accordingly and click submit.
