When you're already on the phone and Call Waiting alerts you another call is coming in, this service shows the name and number of that caller.
You no longer have to wait around to receive an important call. Instead, use Call Forwarding and send all incoming calls to an alternate number (cell phone, work phone, etc.)
Preferred Call Forwarding
Preferred Call Forwarding allows you to create a list of phone numbers, which are forwarded to a number you designate, when they call you. Phone numbers not on the list ring in the normal fashion.
Anonymous Call Rejection
Prevent yourself from being disturbed by unidentified callers with Anonymous Call Rejection. This feature blocks any callers from getting through if they've activated Caller ID Blocking.

Per-Call Caller ID Blocking
On a per-call basis, you can block the delivery of your name and number to the party you're calling by dialing *67 before the number. This helps ensure your privacy.

Retrieve your messages from any phone, even away from home. You simply have to dial a designated voicemail access number and personal identification number.
