TDS can alert you via email or text when your bill is ready, when a payment is due, when a payment is made, or when you’ve missed a payment.

Here’s how to sign up for billing-related notifications:

  1. Go to https://tdstelecom.com/my-account.html and log in to your TDS Online Account. 
  2. Click the “View/Modify Account Information” button in the My Account Information section. 
  3. Select the “Manage Contact Preferences” button.
  4. If you already have Email or Phone Contacts set up for your account, find:
    • The email address or phone number you want to receive the billing notification at, and click “Edit” under the Action column.
    • If the contact is an Email, under the “What notifications would you like to receive?” section select the checkbox under Billing.
    • If the contact is a Phone Number, it must be a mobile phone number in order to receive text message notifications. You’ll need to give TDS permission to send text messages to your phone number. Under the “What notifications would you like to receive?” select the checkbox under Billing.
    • Finally, click “Save Changes”

If you don’t have Email or Phone Contacts set up for you account, you’ll need to:

  • add your email address and/or phone number.
  • If the contact is an Email, under the “What notifications would you like to receive?” section select the checkbox under Billing. You may also want to choose other notifications that are available to you at this time, too.
  • If the contact is a Phone Number, it must be a mobile phone number in order to receive text message notifications. You’ll need to give TDS permission to send text messages to your phone number. Under the “What notifications would you like to receive?” section select the checkbox under Billing.
  • Finally, click the “Add New Phone Contact” or “Add New Email Contact” button, as appropriate.

Only one phone number and one email address can be set up to receive billing notifications. If you already have another phone number or email address set up to receive billing notifications, you will need to confirm that you want to change your billing notification contact.
