Other services, such as Internet, television, and/or the ability to make long distance calls, may also be disconnected if not paid.

In accordance with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission rules governing termination of telephone service, if you have a dispute with us, you may file an informal or formal complaint with the IPUC via www.puc.idaho.gov, or by mail: Attn Consumer Assistance, P.O.
