Certain states require TDS® to provide additional information to customers about service disconnection, beyond what’s contained in the text message notifications.

Choose the name of the state where you live to read the information. If your state isn’t listed, no additional information is required.  

If you have a billing dispute with TDS and are unable to resolve it, you may contact the California Public Utilities Commission for assistance at 1-800-649-7570. 

Other services, such as Internet, television, and/or the ability to make long distance calls, may also be disconnected if not paid.

In accordance with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission rules governing termination of telephone service, if you have a dispute with us, you may file an informal or formal complaint with the IPUC via www.puc.idaho.gov, or by mail:  Attn Consumer Assistance, P.O. Box 83720, Boise, ID 83720-0074. Or you may call 1-800-432-0369. Telephone service will not be disconnected prior to the resolution of the filed complaint.

For consumer complaints that cannot be resolved with the company, you may contact the New York Department of Public Service (DPS).

If the dispute concerning this notice remains unresolved, you may contact the Oklahoma Corporation Commission/Consumer Services Division at 405-521-2331 or 1-800-522-8154 or by email at CS@occ.ok.gov.
