Saving for Retirement
The TDS 401(k) Plan assists employees in building a solid foundation for retirement.
The company matches 100% on the first 3% and 40% on the next 2% of employee's salary deferrals. The Plan allows employees to contribute on both a before-tax and Roth after-tax basis. Employees (age 18 or older) are eligible to enroll in this plan after 30 days of continuous service.
