TDS Telecom accelerates Wisconsin fiber expansion
Wisconsin-based company bringing high-speed network to additional communities throughout the Badger State.
TDS Telecom (TDS®), a family-operated company headquartered in Wisconsin since 1969, is expanding service across its home state, bringing its high-speed fiber network to additional communities throughout the Badger State.
The company is announcing new fiber projects in development across Wisconsin including Beaver Dam, Ripon, New London, Hortonville, Brillion, Colby, and Abbotsford, which will serve a total of over 25,000 homes and businesses. Residents in those municipalities can now register for service at TDSFiber.com. TDS is also broadening its service area in Janesville, Greenville, Marshfield, and Eau Claire, where network construction has been ongoing.

In addition to bringing fiber to new communities, TDS is also delivering network upgrades within its existing service footprint by leveraging the federal Enhanced Alternative Connect America Cost Model program (E-ACAM), which helps fund broadband deployment and support in rural areas.
TDS’ network includes internet speeds up to 8 Gigabit – fast enough to upload or download a file of any size nearly instantly. TDS fiber service is ideal for not only streaming and remote work or school, but also for commercial customers and households with large, shared internet needs.
