Vice President of Sales
Michele was named Vice President of Sales at TDS Telecom in November 2021. In this role, she leads a dynamic sales force in the company’s wireline, cable, and fiber expansion sectors. Michele is responsible for driving revenues and customer growth, creating competitive differentiation in diverse industries and markets, and providing strategic direction for the company’s commercial and multi-dwelling business units.
Since Michele joined the company in 1997, she has held numerous positions in marketing, sales operations effectiveness, and sales leadership. Michele’s experience spans across TDS’ business portfolio from commercial sales, direct and indirect sales, to cable company acquisition. Her many accomplishments include successfully developing new sales channels for fiber expansion markets and multi-dwelling units.
Michele is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) and developing future leaders at TDS. She is the executive sponsor of the Women in Technology Associate Resource Group (WIT ARG), a member of the DE&I Council, and the TDS University Board. In her free time, Michele enjoys boating, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Michele is a member of the UW E-Business Consortium at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing. Michele earned her bachelor’s degree from Edgewood College and her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
