Vice President of Sales
Michele serves as vice president of sales at TDS Telecom, a role she assumed in November 2021. She leads a high-performing sales organization across the company’s wireline, cable, and fiber expansion businesses, with responsibility for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and competitive differentiation across diverse markets. Michele provides strategic leadership for TDS’ commercial and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) business segments, aligning sales execution with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Since joining TDS in 1997, Michele has built a broad and progressive career spanning marketing, sales operations effectiveness, and senior sales leadership. Her experience encompasses the full breadth of the company’s portfolio, including commercial sales, direct and indirect sales, and cable company acquisition. Among her many accomplishments, Michele has successfully launched new sales channels supporting fiber expansion markets and MDU growth, helping position TDS for continued success in highly competitive environments. A passionate advocate for people and culture, Michele is deeply committed to developing future leaders and fostering an inclusive, high-performance workplace. She serves as executive sponsor of the company’s Women in Technology Associate Resource Group (WIT ARG), and is a member of the Culture and Belonging Executive Council.
Beyond TDS, Michele leverages her expertise by actively engaging with industry and community organizations, driving meaningful impact and collaboration. She is a member of the UW E-Business Consortium at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing, and serves on the board of the American Heart Association (Madison).
Michele earned her bachelor’s degree from Edgewood College and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In her free time, Michele enjoys boating, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
