TDS named a top Business ISP by PC Magazine

Business customers named TDS Telecom (TDS®) as a top business internet service provider (ISP) in PC Magazine’s May 2021 survey.  TDS scored high marks across all measures, landing in the top 10, edging out competitors like AT&T, Spectrum Business and CenturyLink.

TDS Director of Product Management, Erin Danz, credits the company’s investment in fiber optics and 10 Gig connections as a key part of customer satisfaction. "Especially with COVID driving businesses towards more remote and hybrid work models, fast, reliable internet access now more than ever is a must-have. We’re delivering the high-quality connections businesses are looking for, including multi-gig dedicated connections and symmetrical speeds—and following through with top-notch service and support.”

PC Magazine asked businesses to rate their ISP based on a variety of criteria including overall satisfaction, installation, value, reliability, support and whether they would recommend their provider. TDS was ranked seven out of 23 business ISPs. The designation comes on the heels of the company announcing it had reached half a million broadband subscribers.

“We have invested in our networks to grow the availability of fiber,” says Danz. “It’s the future-proof technology businesses and communities need now, and in the future. We couldn’t be more pleased to be recognized by our customers in this survey.”

In addition to business internet, TDS also offers phone solutions including managedIP as well as TDS TV+.
