ST. GEORGE, UTAH (June 16, 2026) — TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®) is hosting a donation drive from Wednesday, June 16, through noon Friday, June 26, to support residents displaced by the recent Bella Vista Apartments fire in downtown St. George.
Donation bins will be available throughout the drive inside the TDS retail store located at 912 W. 1600 South St., Suite B103.
TDS is collecting new or gently used clothing, nonperishable food items, kitchen essentials and other household necessities to help individuals and families affected by the fire. All donations will go directly to the property manager of Bella Vista Apartments, who will ensure the donations are shared directly with the displaced families in need. Monetary donations are not being accepted at this time.
“One of TDS’ core values is supporting the communities we serve, especially in times of need,” said Brenda Cody, senior manager of Field Marketing at TDS. “No one should be without the basic essentials needed to get through each day, and we’re proud for the opportunity to help our neighbors begin to rebuild.”
Community members are encouraged to contribute items during regular weekday retail hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Bella Vista Apartments fire happened in the early hours of Sunday, June 6, and fire crews from St. Geroge, Washington, Hurricane, and Santa Clara-Ivins responded, along with Golf Cross Ambulance.
