TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Middleton, Wis. resident Jeff Mand as Vice President of Construction and Service Enablement. Mand now leads TDS Telecom’s internal construction teams and is responsible for centralized customer enablement functions.

“TDS has been exceptional to me and my family over the years, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to work alongside this wonderful group of associates in our Customer and Enablement teams,” said Mand.
