TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®) is starting the New Year with several new senior leaders, which includes the appointment Shane West to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As COO, West is now responsible for all day-to-day operations for field services, network assurance, facilities, call center operations, consumer and commercial sales, product development, and marketing.
West has been a part of the TDS organization for over 27 years. He first joined TDS Telecom’s parent company, Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. in 1996.
