Nominations sought for TDS Spokane Hometown Hero Award
SPOKANE, Washington – When you think of someone who is making the Spokane area a better place – who comes to mind?
Is it a teacher at your child’s school? A friend who’s always volunteering at community events? A neighbor behind the scenes who doesn’t get the limelight?
TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®), which continues building a high-speed internet network in Spokane and Spokane Valley, is seeking nominations for its Hometown Hero Award, which honors residents making a difference in their community.
“The Spokane area is home to so many amazing residents and organizations. We’re excited to recognize an unsung hero who goes above and beyond to make Spokane a great place to live and work,” said Heather Latta, associate manager of Field Marketing in Spokane.
In addition to the award, TDS will make a donation to a nonprofit connected to the winner.
