High-speed connectivity fuels Utah’s premier home showcase

The St. George Area Parade of Homes is Utah’s premier home-showcase event, attracting visitors from across the state to experience exceptional craftmanship, innovative designs, and the latest trends in residential construction. Set against Southern Utah’s stunning landscapes, the 2026 Parade will run Feb. 13–22 (10 a.m.–7 p.m. Feb. 13–21, and 10 a.m.–5 p.m. on Feb. 22). This year’s event features 31 remarkable homes open for public tours.

Credentialed media with a Parade of Homes ticket are also welcome to visit and discuss TDS products and community investments.
