TDS announces partnership with five student athlete ambassadors
TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®) announced today it has signed five student athletes to be company ambassadors as part of a new NIL partnership. The agreement expands the Madison-headquartered internet service provider’s long-time relationship with Wisconsin Athletics that has included honoring veterans, tailgate giveaways, book donations, and a children’s reading program.
“We’re thrilled to grow our relationship and officially welcome five student athletes to the TDS team,” said TDS Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs Drew Petersen. “These new TDS ambassadors all have a track record of success, and we’re excited to begin this partnership with each of them.”
The chosen TDS student athlete ambassadors all hail from TDS-served communities and share the company’s value of giving back to others.
The TDS student athlete ambassadors are:
- Rob Booker II, Waunakee, Wisconsin
Booker II is a freshman consumer behavior/marketplace studies major and a football player. - Quinn Finley, Suamico, Wisconsin
Finley is a sophomore finance major and a hockey player. - Max Klesmit, Neenah, Wisconsin
Klesmit is a senior majoring in communications and plays basketball. - Gracie Grzesk, Green Bay, Wisconsin
Grzesk is a freshman rehabilitation psychology major and plays basketball. - Ally Silvestri, Middleton, Wisconsin
Silvestri is a junior majoring in sports medicine and is a swimmer.
Through the partnership, the ambassadors will be highlighting their hometowns and their hometown internet provider. In addition, TDS is giving the athletes a real-world educational opportunity about STEM and fiber-optic technology, a reflection of TDS’ passion for providing learning opportunities to help develop future talent.
