With responsibility for the company’s financial reporting, Vicki Villacrez has been with the TDS family of companies nearly 30 years. Ken Paker joined TDS in 1996. In his new role, Paker is responsible for guiding the network services and information technology departments. He will also preside over the architectural direction of the company’s network and oversee delivery of software and infrastructure projects to ensure customers have access to the most reliable internet, phone and TV services.
With 20 years of accumulated experience at TDS, Drew Petersen leads the company’s regulatory, legislative, and judicial matters at the local, state, and national levels. He works closely with industry-affiliated trade organizations and federal and state policymakers to drive public policy success. He will continue to be involved with cable operations as well as begin overseeing the field services and repair teams. These groups are responsible for all service installations, resolutions, preventative maintenance, and outage restoration efforts for TDS’ infrastructure and network operations.
With more than 30 years at TDS, Kathy Cefalu leads employee relations, diversity and inclusion, safety, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition and development. She also leads the rewards and recognition program and serves as the company’s Data Privacy Officer.
