TDS Telecom Names New Chief Human Resources Officer

MADISON, Wis. —TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®) announced the company has named AnnMarie Kreitzer its new Senior Vice President – Human Resources & Chief Human Resources Officer, effective today. Kreitzer has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management and comes to TDS from Walgreens Boots Alliance where she was Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, Global Technology HRBP and HRIS.

Kreitzer worked at Kohl’s for more than 15 years, most recently as the VP of Talent Development and Acquisition. During her tenure at the Wisconsin-based department store retail chain, she held leadership positions spanning talent development and acquisition, organizational transformation, and HR business partnering roles. Kreitzer also held roles at The Novo Group and Robert Half International. 

A Wisconsin native, AnnMarie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies from Ripon College. She earned a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Kreitzer succeeds Kathy Cefalu, who is retiring after more than 37 years at TDS.
