Senior Vice President of Sales
Mark joined TDS Telecom in 2026 as senior vice president of sales. In this role, he leads the company’s unified sales strategy, partnering with teams across the organization to strengthen sales execution, accelerate market penetration, and position sales operations to support long-term growth and expansion.
Mark has more than 30 years of industry experience to TDS Telecom, with a track record of leading large, multi-channel sales organizations and driving sustained revenue growth across wireless, fiber, business-to-business, retail, dealer, and prepaid markets. Most recently, he served as vice president at Tillman Fiber, where he built a sales organization from the ground up and helped drive significant revenue growth while fostering a strong, people-first culture. He has also held senior leadership roles at Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless, overseeing large geographic territories, thousands of associates, and complex operational transformations.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in business and managerial economics from the University of Maine and has experience teaching business courses at Penn State University.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, scuba diving, and reading. He also maintains a small flock of chickens and an apiary of approximately 300,000 bees.
