Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Kris was named Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in December 2024. In this role, she leads strategic and long-range planning, financial analysis, revenue assurance and internal controls, billing, and logistics. Additionally, Kris oversees TDS Telecom’s enterprise risk management, forecasting, budgeting, business case analysis, capital allocation, and reporting processes.
Kris joined TDS Telecom’s parent company, Telephone and Data Systems, as a financial analyst in 2009. She then transferred to UScellular, TDS Telecom’s sister company, where she held various roles in financial analysis and strategy. In 2019, Kris joined TDS Telecom as the Director of Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis, where she led the company’s long-range strategic planning efforts.
Most recently, Kris served as Vice President of Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning. In this role, she provided critical decision support for executive management, defined and developed strategic plans for the organization, and led the budgeting and forecasting processes at TDS Telecom.
Kris holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of her professional life, Kris enjoys running and participating in races, traveling the world, and spending quality time with her three young boys.
