Vice President of Finance
Kris was named vice president of Finance for the TDS enterprise in September 2025 after nearly a year as TDS Telecom vice president of Finance and CFO. She leads strategic and long-range planning and financial analysis for the TDS Family of Companies. Additionally, Kris oversees enterprise risk management, forecasting, budgeting, business case analysis, capital allocation, reporting processes, and data analytics.
Kris joined TDS Telecom’s parent company, Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., as a financial analyst in 2009. She then transferred to TDS Telecom’s sister company, UScellular (now Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc.), where she held various roles in financial analysis and strategy. In 2019, Kris joined TDS Telecom as the director of Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis, where she led the company’s long-range strategic planning efforts and later served as vice president of Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning. In this position, she provided critical decision support for executive management, defined and developed strategic plans for the organization, and led the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Kris holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University. She is also a certified public accountant. Outside of her professional life, Kris enjoys running and participating in races, traveling the world, and spending quality time with her three young boys.
