Senior Vice President of Network Operations
Joe was appointed senior vice president of network operations in 2025. In this role, Joe leads the Field Services, Construction & Service Enablement, Order Fulfillment & Support, Network Configuration & Tech Support, and Infrastructure Planning & Implementation teams. He ensures efficient service installations and construction activities, timely resolutions, proactive preventative network maintenance, and outage restoration efforts for the company’s operations. Joe also oversees transformation initiatives including the development of internal construction crews to aid fiber network expansion.
Joe first joined TDS Telecom’s parent company, Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., in 1997 as a member of the Internal Audit team, quickly advancing to become the program director of the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance group. In 2012, he joined TDS Telecom as director of strategy and financial analysis. During his tenure, Joe successfully transformed billing, revenue assurance, financial analysis, and strategic planning disciplines. In 2018, Joe took on his previous role as vice president of supply chain services.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and earned his an MBA from Edgewood University. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Joe serves on the Business Advisory Board for Edgewood University in Madison, Wisconsin.
