Vice President of Growth and Transformation
Ilan became the Vice President of Growth and Transformation in November 2025. He oversees cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth and operational excellence across TDS Telecom and the enterprise. He previously was vice president of financial analysis and strategic planning for three years at TDS Corporate.
Ilan joined TDS in 2018 as director of strategy and has led several key projects and provided strategic decision support for the organization. Prior to joining TDS, he was a senior consultant with A.T. Kearney and held various engineering roles at Intel, Hewlett-Packard, and Cavium.
Ilan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology – Madras, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in business administration from Cranfield University.
