Vice President of Customer Service
Curtis joined TDS Telecom in 2026 as vice president of customer service. In this role, he leads the company’s end-to-end customer experience strategy, partnering closely with teams across the organization to deliver best-in-class experiences for our customers.
Curtis brings more than three decades of experience leading large-scale customer operations, technology transformation, and workforce excellence. Throughout his career, he has guided complex, global customer support and service organizations serving millions of customers. Most recently at Verizon Communications, Inc., he served as vice president of global technical support, overseeing dozens of contact centers, service fulfillment, field operations, and network support. Under his leadership, teams consistently delivered measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and cost efficiency, while fostering strong talent development and a positive workplace culture.
Curtis earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in information technology from the University of Maryland. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served in the 694th Intelligence Group. In his free time, Curtis enjoys international travel and coaching youth baseball and basketball.
