Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI") is created by our relationship with you as your telecommunications service provider. CPNI includes the type and quantity of certain telecommunications services you subscribe to and includes details about your calling activities, including call detail information such as the date and time of a call; duration of a call; call-originating and call-terminating phone numbers. TDS takes reasonable security safeguards to protect against such risks as loss, unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure of information.
