CatchTV™ whole-home entertainment solution launches in southwest TDS markets

Cable customers in the southwest are now able to experience an evolution in whole-home entertainment.

TDS Telecommunications Corp. (TDS®) launched CatchTV™ in new markets in the southwest, including Lovington and Alamogordo, New Mexico, Estes Park and Fort Collins, Colorado, Fort Stockton, Texas, and Mesquite, Nevada. The highly-anticipated whole-home entertainment solution allows customers to:
Record up to six high-definition channels at once;
store nearly 300 hours of programming;
access their favorite shows on their mobile devices and computers;
and enjoy multi-room watching – pause the TV in one room and resume watching on another.

Leading to the launch of CatchTV, TDS dramatically improved the services offered in the markets with Internet speeds up to 100Mbps, digital cable with high-definition and DVR options available, and digital phone with unlimited nationwide calling.

“CatchTV is changing the way our customers experience television,” said Shane West, vice president of Marketing and Product Development for TDS. “Our whole-home entertainment solution is not only more enjoyable, it’s also making TV viewing easier.”
