TDS to partner with Mountain Post Santa’s Workshop in Fort Carson, Colorado
TDS is pleased to provide matching donations of up to $500 made to the Mountain Post Santa's Workshop in Fort Carson, Colorado. All donated toys support in-need active duty U.S. Army Service members in Colorado regardless of rank or income.
TDS' Fort Carson office, located at 6980 Quinn Street, Building 2355, is a drop-off site for the toys.
Mountain Post Santa’s Workshop is located on Fort Carson and is run completely by volunteers, who work year-round to collect new toys, books, and board games. Mountain Post Santa’s Workshop opens on Dec. 7, which is when families can begin “shopping” for their families.
Last year, the program served 724 families, which include 1,500 children. Wish lists can be found at https://www.mountainpostsantasworkshopco.com/.
Mountain Post Santa’s Workshop started in 2014 and is one of four Santa Workshops in the state of Colorado working to help soldiers and their families in need.
