TDS launches service in Great Falls with celebration at Falls Family Fun

GREAT FALLS, Montana – TDS Telecommunications LLC (TDS®) celebrated the launch of service today in Great Falls, marking a milestone in its high-speed internet network build with an event at first customer Falls Family Fun.

Alongside the Great Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, TDS associates today walked through the first installation. The TDS network delivers up to 8 Gig internet speeds, along with a variety of phone and digital TV options. Businesses have access to up to 10 Gig dedicated connections.

TDS also presented Falls Family Fun with a coffee-lovers gift basket from Pizazz – to give staff members a caffeinated boost as they launch their state-of-the-art entertainment destination in Great Falls.

“Today marks a major milestone in our plan to connect Great Falls residents and businesses to world-class internet. We’re proud to connect local businesses like Falls Family Fun thrive and we’re grateful for the support of the Great Falls Area Chamber of Commerce,” said Raymond Porter, TDS associate manager of field marketing. “Our crews continue working to connect more residents and businesses to all-fiber internet, and we thank the community for their patience during construction.”

Area residents can visit TDSFiber.com to register for service, monitor the progress of the build, and sign up for notifications about the new service. Built in phases, residents can connect to the new network once work is completed in their neighborhood. TDS is also building its fiber network in Helena, Helena Valley, Butte, Missoula, and Billings.

TDS is a participant in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Qualified ACP customers can receive symmetrical speeds up to 200Mbps at no cost with the company’s TDS Connect product.
