Continuum is now TDS

A year ago, TDS officially acquired Continuum and starting today, Continuum will begin operating under the TDS name.

Over the next several weeks, building signage, inside and outside, will be replaced with the TDS brand logo. Marketing materials and office stationery will change to reflect the TDS brand. Continuum Facebook fans will be asked to join the TDS Facebook page. The Continuum website will redirect to OurTDS.com. And, all customer bills and other communications will come directly from TDS.

When you call, you now will hear: Good morning. Thank you for calling TDS. How can I help you?

Our field service technicians and other employees will now start wearing TDS-branded clothing. In October, new field services vehicles began arriving with the TDS logo, with more to come in the communities we serve of Morrisville, Davidson, Cornelius, and Huntersville.

“Welcome to the TDS brand. We are excited today to bring TDS to the communities we serve,” says TDS Telecom President and CEO Jim Butman. “TDS is a strong, community-minded company and we will work diligently to provide the absolute best in broadband, TV and phone services for our customers.”

TDS Telecom is a part of the TDS Family of Companies and together we makeup the Fortune 1000® Telephone and Data Systems. This includes the brands: US Cellular, TDS Telecom, BendBroadband, OneNeck IT Solutions and Suttle-Straus. Please know you are now part of a financially stable, long-term thinking company that invests in its people and prioritizes customers every step of the way.
