Vice President of Product Management and Development

Scott was named vice president of Product Management and Development in 2025. In this role, he leads all aspects of TDS’ product strategies for cable, wireline, and expansion markets for the consumer and commercial segments. Scott’s responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic product plans, pricing and promotions, along with identifying market trends, forecasting, and budgeting. The critical function of strategic customer experience also falls under Scott’s leadership, where his team designs and implements strategies to drive satisfaction and loyalty through innovative, user-focused solutions

Scott joined TDS Telecom’s parent company, Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., in 2002 as part of the Finance team. In 2006, he transitioned to TDS Telecom, where he gained extensive experience across the company’s business portfolio. Scott has held director-level roles in Product Management & Development, Direct Sales, and the Repair Contact Center. In addition, he was instrumental in helping the company deliver results as the leader of a large direct sales team in the company’s new fiber markets. In December 2021, Scott was appointed to his previous role, vice president of Marketing and Product Development.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his free time, Scott enjoys golfing, traveling, rooting for Wisconsin sports, and spending time with family and friends.
