Customers must contact TDS within 10 days of service delivery to address service issues. TDS will contact the customer and correct any problems that are the direct result of services rendered. General service terms and conditions still apply.
*Requires a 12-month commitment, Subscription does not include any TDS service other than Remote PC. Your subscription will automatically renew on the anniversary of your first month of service, for an additional 12 months. Customers wishing to discontinue the service must notify TDS no less than thirty days prior to contract expiration to prevent auto-renewal. If Customer wishes to discontinue the service during the first 12-month term or during any renewal term, an Early Termination Charge of $50 will apply. Early Termination Charge will appear on your next TDS statement after TDS received notice of termination. All previously paid monthly fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Remote PC Support services are currently offered in limited areas. Home visits and home-network troubleshooting are not offered. Usable on all computers in the home. Remote PC Support services are subject to additional restrictions and terms located at www.tds.net as well as additional restrictions and terms set forth in the TDS Remote PC Support terms.
