ACH/Paperless Billing Discounts: The advertised promotional price for your internet service includes discounts of $5 per month for enrollment in automatic monthly payments withdrawn from your bank account via TDS ePay (“ACH ePay”) and $5 per month for enrollment in paperless billing. We will automatically apply both discounts ($10 total) to your first few monthly bills. To keep the discounts in place, you must enroll in paperless billing and ACH ePay within 90 days after your service is installed. If you do not complete these enrollments, we will remove the applicable discount(s) from future bills and your monthly rate will increase accordingly. If you cancel ACH ePay or paperless billing at any time, you will stop receiving the applicable discount(s); if you re-enroll, we will reapply the applicable discount(s) within 90 days after your re-enrollment. ACH ePay and paperless billing discounts are only available to new customers and will only apply during the promotional pricing period.

Customer must provide notice of disconnection prior to 30 days after installation and request the “Money Back Offer” at time of disconnection. Dish TV, Pay-per-view charges, charges for unreturned equipment, advanced installation, battery backup purchase, and international calling charges will not be refunded. Offer is limited to new TDS customers without TDS service in the past 12 months, or existing customers with newly added TDS Internet, TV, phone, and/or TDS Whole Home Wi-Fi service. High-Speed Internet: Availability varies and speeds shown may not be available at all service addresses. Certain speeds are only offered in areas where TDS Fiber internet is available. Speed ranges shown are expressed as “up to” to represent network capabilities between customer location and the TDS network. Most customers can expect to receive a stable speed within the range of the product purchased as allowed by the quality and capability of the connection; however, actual speeds experienced by customers vary and are not guaranteed. Some customers may receive lower than the indicated speed range. Speeds vary due to various factors, including but not limited to: distance from switching locations, network equipment, delivery technology, and external/internal network conditions. Speed tests may produce inconsistent results due to various factors, including the speed test program or website used, the number of devices connected to the customer’s modem, and whether the speed test is conducted over Wi-Fi. Customers that are not receiving the indicated speeds may cancel their service or downgrade to a lower-speed service without any termination or switching charges. Otherwise, a $15 service charge may apply to existing customers who switch plans without increasing speed or adding qualifying service. In order to maximize Internet speeds above 100Mbps, a compatible network interface card is required.
