Internet "PEAK" AND "NON-PEAK" Hours
Peak hours are hours during periods of peak demand throughout our network (i.e., our network's busiest time). Hours between 6 AM and midnight Central Time are designated as peak hours. Non-peak hours are hours outside periods of peak demand. Hours between midnight and 6 AM Central Time are designated as non-peak hours.
