Following the July 27 tornado in the Appleton/Menasha area, TDS customers are largely being brought back online as power outages are resolved. We expect that TDS service will resume for most customers once power is back at their location. In addition, customers who are using generators to power their homes have often been able to access TDS service.

However, if customers have power and are still without TDS service, they should try resetting their modem; if that does not resolve the issue, please let us know by chatting with a customer service representative through our website or giving us a call at (888) 225-5837.
