TDS Named to the Top Ten

Family-owned TDS once again was named one of the top ten Best Places to Work in Madison, Wisconsin. Results are based on Madison Magazine's annual survey measuring six engagement categories: communications, communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.

Spencer Goracke, workplace insights analyst at Quantum Workplace (the company that conducts the annual survey), says that not only is the way a company does business changing, but the employee experience is changing, too. "The better the organizations are able to manage change at the people level, the more likely they're able to manage change at the business level."

When an employee is satisfied with their work, they become ambassadors for the company. Based on the survey results, this is certainly true for TDS.
