Vice President of Customer Contact Operations

Dave was named VP of Customer Contact Operations in June 2021.

In this role, Dave leads a team of more than 1,000 associates and partners and has overall leadership responsibility and accountability for the company's consumer sales. Consumer sales includes, inbound calls, outbound calls, door to door and retail sales channels, retention, and customer care teams. He also oversees the consumer and commercial repair, collections, and contact center support groups such as second level support, procedures, training, quality, workforce management and partner management associates, Under his leadership, the consumer sales teams focus on delivering high-speed internet, HD video, and voice services while the customer care teams concentrate on ensuring customers are highly satisfied.

Having joined TDS Telecom in 1997 as the manager of Network Operations, Dave has taken on numerous leadership roles, with advanced levels of responsibility. Before moving into his current role, Dave was VP of Service Assurance and Support, and VP of Field Services. Prior to joining TDS, Dave gained experience in call center management, transmission systems, and management of sectors of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) network.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Dave enjoys sports, muscle cars, and motorcycling.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a graduate of the Electronic Technology Institute in Cleveland, Ohio.
