How to change your Voice Mail Password, Greeting, or Name

Changing your Voice Mail Password, your Voice Mail Greeting, or your Voice Mail Name from home:

1. Dial your Voice Mail Access Number
2. Enter your passcode.
3. Press U (8) to enter User Options, then:
   • Press G (4) to change Greeting
   • Press N (6) to re-record/change Name.
   • Press P (7) to change Passcode.
4. Press X (9) to Exit User Options.

Changing your Voice Mail Password, your Voice Mail Greeting, or your Voice Mail Name from a remote phone:

1. Dial your Voice Mail Access Number

   • Enter your 10 digit phone number
   • During the greeting press the * key
2. Enter your passcode.
3. Press U (8) to enter User Options, then:
   • Press G (4) to change Greeting
   • Press N (6) to re-record/change Name.
   • Press P (7) to change Passcode.
4. Press X (9) to Exit User Options.
