This topic will explain how to change your Internet login or Email password through My Account using your existing password. 

To change the password for your User name/Email address:

1.  Visit www.tdstelecom.com/myaccount for residential customers or www.tdsbusiness.com/myaccount for business customers
2.  Log in
3.  Click View/Modify Account Information
4.  Click Manage Account Users
5.  Click edit next to the user you'd like to change
6.  Click change password
7.  Enter the new password twice in the spaces provided
8.  Click Continue

If you have forgotten your password you can reset your password as follows:

1.  Visit www.tdstelecom.com/myaccount for residential customers or www.tdsbusiness.com/myaccount for business customers
2.  Log in
3.  Click on Forgot user name/password
4.  Enter your User Name
5.  Follow the instructions to reset your password
